We check all our goods and send them out in perfect condition and would like you receive them in the same condition. If any of your items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us directly and immediately. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

With the exception of items listed above, your purchases are protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after the day you receive the item.

If you cancel, you should return to the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that bespoke items are exempt from the right to cancel.

Refunds

PayPal payments will be refunded to your account, direct bank payments will be refunded to your bank account and cheque payments will be refunded by cheque. Credit/debit card payments will be credited back to your card.

We may need to contact to you to obtain credit/debit card information for refunds.

Business to Business

For commercial customers, postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on return of the goods we will refund the amount paid less any postage or delivery charges.
